Thats teh name of her breed, she's a Blue Bernese ;)
I'm not sure about Minou, i never took the time to study much French culture.
I have never been so offended in my life as to when I visited Philly
Well, Philidelphians were some of the first people to arrive in America, they were the British prisoners and jailers. Some of the worst people in Britain were sent to philly because teh jails were overflowing.

Im not just saying that, I've visited about 25 of our states and in Philidelphia I ran into the most BRASH people I've ever encountered.

hi, calling total B***S*** on that one, your source ? there where cities all up and down the east coast way before philadelphia came to be. you're obviously confusing australia with philadelphia (understandable, they both end with the "eee-ah'' sound only one is a country and the other is a city) know your history, son.

as to hogleg.......

1. you take your risks going into a sears....no matter what city you're in; sears employee's are hard core retards. next time avoid asking where all the rad nfl stinkboy gear is at

2. you say you were drinking a coke. it's pepsi my man

finally, you're all confusing our old slogan of 'city of brotherly love' with the actual 'city of hard love'.
i'm not f****** angry, i'm from philadelphia .

Indeed i do know my history. Do you?

Australia was originally a smattering of very small and inexpensive prisons, it was never populated to the degree America was. Reason? Australia is naturally a very barren nation. It had very little potential outside the animals, which were difficult to capture or use for anything. When America was discovered, some guy (British, i forget his name and dont have my 5th grade history textbook with me so i cant tell you what it was) asked Britain to use a portion of America as a prison state. The amount of rations and men to ship a holdful of prisoners who would usually riot, escape, or take the ship by force and become pirates en route to Australia (that's almost polar opposite to Britain, FYI) became to much, so the King at the time (again, i dont know his name) said that across the Atlantic was better than on the South side of Asia. Different prisoners went to different places and most settlers went away from the jailed population (understandably) and formed most of the "New" cities. (New York New Hampshire.. etc)
The prisoners were sent to various locales around the coast.

History 101 Day 1: done.

back to pets.

EDIT:
finally, you're all confusing our old slogan of 'city of brotherly love' with the actual 'city of hard love'.

Hello, I'm English!!

Lizzy is right do0ds.

Prisons were overflowing... as I guess we didn't see beheading to be useful anymore (darn)... and we started shipping them to many many places.

Philly was not the only place... but it was a common place!!!

I don't drink coke or pepsi... but woudl rather drink coke!

I'm sure you can get coke in Philly aswell... not everyone drinks pepsi.

Not everyone that works at sears is a retard... thats too stereotypical for me.

Thats like saying everyone in Philly is ghey... it wouldn't be true because the population of ghey people in Philly isn't very high.

Just because you come from phillly doesn't give you the right to insult someone. If you had any manners whatsoever you would know that.

Now I know I'm being a prick... but you were first... and 2 wrongs make a right... or is it the other way... ;)

hey if it's history, there are links. find them otherwise you're wrong. simple as that.

there is no coke whatsoever in philly. if there is a tourist brought it in. he was proably later beaten but it was a polite beating.

yes all sears employees are retards beyond reproach. jc pennys doesn't have anything on these mongaloids with name tags but they're close.

because i'm from philly i don't have the right, i have the moral duty to be sarcastic. you're simply confusing it with being rude because you're uptight buddy.

theres no way the percentage of former prisoners, or descendants thereof, in philadelpphia was a great deal higher then anywhere else by the time america really started expanding, and certainly not after that.

On the other hand, there are most likely a very similar number of gay people in philly as anywhere else. Even if you haev a statistic that argues this, it is more likely to be a result of the overall attitude towards homosexuality in public in philly(or say brooklyn) as compared to say... san fran.

THe funny thing about lizards post about people avoiding philadelphia is that is far more likely for people in the early days of america to have avoided neighborhoods of irish, german, italian, etc. The prisoners(while probably mixed) were at least partly english.

it's true, i'm sure they avoided each other until they expanded too close and had to deal with each other.

mainly what i was trying to get across is that teh original people to philly were a bad lot, uncouth and far from nobility. Maybe mannerisms carried over teh generations or maybe people just avoid them and they're sour, whatever it is philly is an offending place to most people.

THAT is ignorance if i've ever seen it. if you need more convincing you can find them for yourself, not only am i lazy i'm also not going to waste my time to convince you of what happened 200 years ago.
