I got around to releasing a new mod. So here it is: the Panzer Party!
Everyone gets a panzerschreck with infinite ammo and no reloading. When you shoot, it pushes you back. I recommend playing with a higher runspeed (preferably 320) and no falling damage (dmflags 8) for a Quake 3 feel and great trickjumps.
