What is taht tool?
Is it important to have it?

I am not entirely sure what you mean by "that tool," but maybe you mean the console command that lets you edit the script of a map. In the console of the game type 'editscript' to bring up the script of the current map, make your changes, and save the script by pressing ctrl+s, and then type 'restart' in the console to restart the map. I am not sure of any script editing tools, but there is probably something out there, so if anyone has any knowledge of it please let me know.

Yea, I actually downloaded this thing once, It isnt really anything special, It jus adds colors for certain syntax, I just use notepad
