What's your IQ?

Here is an IQ test site, but you have to register for a free account before you can log in and take the test. Also be aware that the test is 40-50 questions long.

hmmm, I think I took the wrong test, I took the brain test.
Hog, you are Right-brained

Most right-brained people like you are flexible in many realms of their lives. Whether picking up on the nuances of musical concerto, appreciating the subtle details in a work of art, or seeing the world from a different perspective, right-brained people are creative, imaginative, and attuned to their surroundings.

People probably see your thinking process as boundless, and that might translate to your physical surroundings as well. Some people think of you as messier than others. It's not that you're disorganized, it's just that you might use different systems to organize (by theme, by subject, by color). Straight alphabetization and rigidly ordered folders are not typical of right-brained behavior.

You are also more intuitive than many. When it comes to reading literature, you probably prefer creative writing or fiction over nonfiction. And when it comes to doing math, you might find you enjoy geometry more than other forms like algebra.
it nailed me pretty good though.
where's the IQ one? i need more iq to find it :D

Sorry about that, you'll need to create a free account. Then use the home page search feature looking for "IQ" and pick "Classic IQ Test"--or use my link above and log in.

I had to resign in at home under "Mad". Spent 1 hour taking that test and 2 sheets of paper  thanks Tom!

I quickly took the test.
I have 131

Your Intellectual Type is Visual Mathematician. You have a strong ability to process visual-spatial and mathematical information. This means you are gifted at spotting patterns ? both in pictures and in numbers. These talents combined with your overall high intelligence make you good at understanding the big picture, which is why people trust your instincts and turn to you for direction ? especially in the workplace.

Well... that's completely right hehe.
As in mapping and my study civil engineering.

I had some problems with those english words though...
And was to lazy to use paper and stuff.

last time i took the tickle test it said something about plato and a mthematical philospher type... was somewhere around 140

I kinda like IQ tests, and not jsut to feel superior to everyone! Havent taken one in a year or so though...

Out of curiosity is anyone here a member of mensa? Mensa always seemed the oddest thing to me... I mean aside from having... like a card that says your smart... which actually is somewhat funny(not in a bad way, there is just something pleasantly ironic about it)... what else is the point?

I found out my SAT scores qualified me for mensa when i looked at thier website once... I took that test before it became devalued completely as an iq test lol.... now its useless.

Your IQ score is 135!

Your mind's strengths allow you to think ahead of the game -- to imagine or anticipate what should happen next in just about any situation. Because you're equally skilled in the numerical and verbal universes of the brain, you can draw from multiple sources of information to come up with new ideas and this makes you a Visionary Philosopher.

You also have a knack for matching and anticipating patterns in all sorts of situations, a talent that adds to your visionary philosopher mind.

one question had me for about five minutes, figures it was math but it was this: two cars travel in opposite directions for 6 miles and then each car turns left and continues for an additional 8 miles. how far apart are the cars from each other ?

i drew a small graph and made the mistake of outhinking myself, i had both cars turning in the same direction (one left and one right so they were alongside each other seperated by the distance) i didn't catch my mistake until i noticed 12 miles wasn't an option. i blazed the logical and image questions though. blazed'em.

at least i can kinda look down on lz-kid. but notice how we're all pretty close to each other ? except, splae....guess he's our leader. knowing this i feel so lacking in faith concerning the church of me now.

the super IQ has alot of hmmm visual logic stuff I gues syoud call it, some of it bordering on optical illusions to test your obvservation. All in all, I think the Super one was harder, in some ways... The pure logic questions on that oen were fewer, but a coupel were much more complex.

Misreading a question is the easiest way to get it wrong =) The car question is on so many tests... cause first it requires visualization and then it requires geometrical recall... for a sec my brain flipped out and was figuring the area... instead of the hypotenuse lol...
