hi guy's

another question

i know how to make an object spin and i know how to set the speed
but what i need to know is
can i make an object first spin slowly and lets say every 5 seconds spin a bit faster
Its for a big Fan
and could it be when pressed the use trigger the object start moving

Just use the same command you are useing now with a different value thats all and for a fan that a player uses use a trigger use and a thread to do what ever .

Yes, you will have to make it change the speed from the script rather than in the entity properties.

my_fan:

$fan_trigger waittill trigger
$big_fan rotateY 30
wait 5
$big_fan rotateY 60
wait 5
$big_fan rotateY 90

end

Of course, your fan script_object and trigger_use will both need targetnames ("big_fan" and and "fan_trigger" in the example).

Key: targetname
Value: big_fan

Key: targetname
Value: fan_trigger

Ps: I'm not sure the numbers are right for the speed. It might be that the numbers have to get smaller to go faster.

just going off of the top of my head for basic animation/flipbook style you'd want the numbers smaller to go faster , less time to go to the next frame
i'm not f****** angry, i'm from philadelphia .
