The uv-layout of the model doesn't match the layout of the texture... i.e. the placement of the body parts in the texture is wrong.

You're trying to apply wrong texture to the trousers.

thats is the texture im useing from SH just renamed (had no 1)
also happens with soviet_infantry_pants

This texture isn't meant for Manon model. So isn't the jacket one.

It's not the shader. Like jv said, it's because of the unwrapping of the model.

Take the texture of the model you are trying to reskin and place the new textures in exactly the same places . So if you are reskining manon then take the pants texture from manon and place every thing in your new texture in the same places as the original .

Does that apply to the helmets and gear/equipment as well?
I know the skelmodels are dif sh/bt and aa.
Is it possible to convert a skelmodel from bt to aa?
Where could I find info on skd, lod, and skc?

IF you are trying to put the different pants, jacket, and stuff on the Manon model, stop.........
Just put the Mannon's head on the model that you want...
