making only some servers show up on a sep. menu

How would I make it so that only some servers show up in the server browser? I already have the server browser set on a separate menu that you access from the main screen. Basically what I want on it is the amount of players, the I.P. address, the ping, the server name, and the map currently running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

AFAIK it can't be done. I think it's hardcoded.
