I've entered the administration panel to check one thing and I was quite surprised to see we have a couple of guests browsing the forums:

At first I thought we're under a spambot attack right now, but I checked the IP, and guess what? It's Google's indexing bot. :) It seems that a fresh copy of our forums has just been added to their database. :)

Not sure this is related, but a couple of times, recently, my auto login cookie has failed.

Same here.

About those google bots, I've seen on other forums that they can notice them, u see them with a username like 'google' or 'yahoo'. Maybe u can find a mod for that :D.

Hmm well I upgraded the boards to the latest version, but that should only cause a 1 time auto-login failure. I've also had no more than a 1 time auto log-in failure :)

However, let me know if the problem persists.

Haha, Jv, I told you, it's not just me! :P It happens quite often to me, sometimes I have to login a couple times a day. :?

Yeah, I'm sure it's Google's bot. Click that link, it leads to a route trace. The last host in the list is crawl-something.googlebot.com, and googlebot.com belongs to Google (try to open it in your browser, it'll redirect you to Google's main site). :)
