Ok Surgeon, a question about your site. How do you have it so that when you click on a link, the page just loads in the middle, except its not a frame? Is it something to do with PHP?? If its fairly easy to do, could you please tell me!

Yup - php includes and tables - both left and right columns are seperate - and can be edited individually. Thus if I add a link to the right index its shown across the site

it is fairly easy to do - I just kinda picked it up myself...
For example I have index.php . In there there is a line :
<? include "/leftindex.php"; ?>
This is where I want the leftindex.php page to appear.......
U might need to have :
<?php
?>
At the very very top of your code
