Actually its a personal reference that fits in to a theme that the eye makes me think about. And I do know the eye is 'backwards'... one of the eyes is supposedly the sun, and the other moon, as I've always been more lunarly inclined, I use the reverse.

The eye makes me think along the line of Zeno's Paradox, concepts of infinity, yadda yadda... and the number 1444 is a personal reference for me along those same lines... time, distance, inifinity.

The triangular strokes are pretty much just decoration tho =p
