Compiling error PLEASE HELP

Hi

I am VERY NEW to mapping and was trying to compile a map. And it won't run. I seems like it is an error, but I don't know what the actual problem is. Can someone please help me.

Do not use any spaces in your map's name. Do it like first_room.map
