Filling around Curves

Post by *GCC*Nigel »

How do I block off the curves of my road? I really have no idea where to start. It's all pavement so I can't just lower the terrain around it and keep the straight curb I have on it.

Edit: I need to block off the curve to either the red line or the light blue line or something similar, I tried bending a flatened column but it didn't quit fit and distorted the texture way to much.

If you want to make curbing, try bending brushes.

What about making your curb from a mesh as well or have your curve 1 unit above the terrain .

I found the solution, selected my curbs and capped them with beneval. Had to do a little corner moving, but other than that turned out perfectly.

Do you mean you capped them off with a bevel and if so, how exactly do you mean?

I have tried that myself but haven't had any luck so far.
