Hello jv. I followed your tutorial carefully but without success to this point. I believe I havent writen my custom tik correctly.
In your tut you have writen an eg that looks like this:

settiki none
aliascache mywav1 sound/mywav1.wav (...) maps "mymapname"
aliascache mywav2 sound/mywav2.wav (...) maps "mymapname"
}
}
etc etc
In my map i have tanks that i want to get them makeing theyre noises, its a obj map. So I coppied your vehecles.tik template tik and renamed it custom tik and put it where it sposed to go and added it to my precashe. I took away the */ in the appropriate places and added my map name eg:
//Elevator
aliascache elevator_gate sound/mechanics/Mec_ElevatorGate_03.wav soundparms 1.5 0.0 1.0 0.0 300 3000 auto loaded maps/obj "dammit"
aliascache elevator_run sound/mechanics/Mec_ElevatorRun_01.wav soundparms 1.5 0.0 1.0 0.0 800 3000 auto loaded maps/obj "dammit"
For the elevator not the tanks as you can see, but i did the same for the tanks aliases. So basiclly i need to know how my aliases need to be written.
Also I tried it without the /obj as well, at first, then figured I should go to the master.
