Spearhead problems

hi everyone, im not sure that this is the right place to ask this question, but im trying to turn everywhere i can to get asnwer to my problems.

Now, ive been playing medal of honor spearhead for some years, with no problems.. ive been playing on a celeron computer, with a nVidia graphics..

now ive switched to a AMD, also with n:vidia graphics..

IVE DOWNLOADED THE LATEST DRIVERS FOR EVERYTHING, AND IVE FIXED ALL THE PATCHES FOR MY GAME

now to the problem:

allied assault works without any problems, starts perfectly normal.

But when im starting spearhead, the consol comes up, as usual, and then the screen turns black, as usual. but then, i just get back to the desktop. no message or anything:S im really confised, and ive tried everything!!

very thankful for any tips!!

I had the same problem with Spearhead, my card (Nvidia GeForce FX 5200) and the latest Nvidia-drivers,
I had to reinstall an older driver-version, version 91.31.
