Can I change reload time on KAR98 or make M1 sound like ka98

We run a rifles only server. I am teaching myself how to do this stuff, very slowly. (not easy for a retired old man to learn new stuff, LOL) I have been able to change the rate of fire on the M1 and the KAR so they are about equal. Maybe a fraction of a second apart in emptying an 8 round clip. The omly thing different time wise is the reload sequence. KAR>M1. Would like to do one of two things to make it more even (and eliminate some compalints):

1. Change time of reload sequence of KAR (make it faster)

or

2. Issue a M!1 to axis instead of KAR but have it still have the firing sound of the KAR. (nice to know who is firing at you or where the enemy is firing)

for number 2, i gather you could copy and paste the properties of the m1's .tik file and give it to the kar... to change the sound though i cant realy think of away at the moment.
