Ha ha ha! Using some clever hidden teleporting, it should not be a problem to put the maps over each other to overcome the X/Y limitations

Shouldent be THAT bad. If you use teleporting, each map can be contained in completely separated VIS groups. So ( in theory

) the compiling of 4 maps merged like this should only take 4 times the time ( I said in theory, OK?

).

well i got 1.5 gb RAM now, dying to try more of it out, HL2 maps take half a minute to get going at highest details and i have no system lag whatsoever now, it's joy.

BUT, you'd hit max brush and max texture limits with 13 maps into one.
