Ah :)

TIKI_LoadSKB: models/milkshape/bull/bull.skb has more than 1000 verts on a surface (6202)

Split up your model in a number of materials/surfaces/skins [at least 7 in your case], such that no surface has more than 1000 verts :wink:

(bit of a silly limitation in the model system)

btw if your model has that many verts it might have a severe impact on your fps.

Sorry, but i not am specialist in MilkShape/3D Modeling.
Do you have a idea how i reduce the number of vertices ????
