runt,

odds and ends, three more skins, bugs, new loading screen . no reason it's not released thursday/friday .

here are three of the allied skins; here's wondering how the axis assault skins would react to invading america with this ''party'' present and a million man marching strong...

I'm liking the looks of the map, are there many indoored areas for gunshot cover? thats one thing that doesnt feature a huge lot in your city maps. Subway from one side to the other maybe?

i have four areas (two in the middle, one on the far end, one down the side) that have entry ways (front and back or side to side) for coverage. i don't do the subway deal because i try to make the maps big but not too big, creating a massive hunt and seek in the case of their only being a few players. run and gun sells . there are pole access to rooftops and on a area or two you can jump from one accessable rooftop to an unaccessable one .

another thing is, in the world war two themed mods with a lot of rooms, it was real easy to get lost the first couple times you played and sometimes you didn't see the whole map and a lot of times you just said ''f*** it, it's too frustrating, i'm going back to a server with default maps''. again, run and gun sells.

i learned from the CN maps (backstreets & megapole*) . they had a couple strategic indoor areas but most of the hiding was outside, gaining cover where you could. i dig the indoor areas, trust me. even my mall map , with tons of indoor rooms, felt more open, proably because i didn't fill the stores up with shelving units.

maybe someday i'll get my walmart map going again, will still only have a couple strategic ''inside rooms'' but plenty of cover with all the shelving units .

there's the gulf gas station you can see, behind that eagles billboard is a laundromat , to the left of the gas station is a small ''room'' with glass window and side to side entrance, to the left of the gas station is a wawa (convience store) with front to back entrance and center island for cover .
