The proggy's done, just needs final polishing and packaging.

If you are talking about the ".map" file, it is already in Radiant (edit --> Entity Info).

I like Java just for it's ease of use. but it's overly useless. It's nice at first and flexible, but then you realize that some of the more complex things you may want to do are hardcoded and it's actually pretty rigid a language. I'll be restudying C++ this year.
a good language to know, however. It's become a competitor, so it may not be that great but it's got applications.
