A map compiled for AA will work for SH. I can only think of one reason you may want to use the SH sdk and that is if you want to make a TOW map.

That picture that was posted had the script_skyorigin in the same skybox as the info_player_start . The only thing in the same skybox as the player should be the skyportal textured walls everything else goes in the other skybox .
