That must be it! I do run XP. I think I know how to run in compatability mode for 98, just let me check and i'll tell you.

Well, if this was the problem, how come creating the bsp, vis, and light seperately worked and doing the whole thing didnt?

Because they are setup to run with out a bat file
they are direct excution
maybe thats something I need to look at too
and I will
it's suppoed to detect your are running XP
do you have MOHpile version 1.0.11 ? because before that it didnt detect XP
