Ok Bootson I am not going to bite on your latest comment and I will respond with a little more maturity.

The guys here (with enough information) will solve your problem, if your explanation is clear and you treat every response (even if it is not the solution) with gratitude that befits the help they are trying to give.

Others may be able to help with this problem more than I can and I hope you find a solution.
When you wan't actual help with brush manipulation, patch work, texturing, portaling, manual vis then you may need advise from a mere mortal like me.

yay im unbanned!!! ok i couldnt get my map to work but i am making another and i need to know how to make explosions when u get to a certain place, that and just random explosions.
i checked the tut's that they hace on the main page and it said coming soon, so i was wondering if anybody here could help me? plz?

Well I have a minegenerator script here somewhere but let's keep it simple:

When a player steps on this, he will hear a mine click and explode.

But how do you want them random? Like you point out 3 places and at regular intervals, the mine is at 1 place then switches to the next?

well im going to have random explosions everywhere and have it kill you at a certain spot becuase your not supposed to be there

Just listen to what I have to say carefully, because I didn't learn this early on...

Most of the mistakes that will break/make....scratch that....BREAK your map are obvious things you never would have DREAMED caused such a problem as sometimes they are indirectly related.

Just remember this. You are no longer in the real world, you have entered a place known....as the MohRadiant zone. A zone that does not incorporate any sort of logic or reasoning. Everything happens without reason.

...Ok :) maybe I exxagerated a little.
Mohradiant will baffle you sometimes with the way it wants you to fix things.
just be patient and free your mind. You must think outside the box.

Uhm Stargeneral, what are you talking about? Stay on topic and I noticed you revived several months-old topics, that's against forum rules.

Bootson, I think I know what you mean but random explosions stay at one spot, you can place them everywhere but they won't suddenly teleport when a player gets in a certain place and blows him up there. Either put a random explosion (using my script viper referred you to) on the spots players shouldn't be or use the mine script I posted earlier here.
