I suspected that that was the stuff you were talking about.
That is not misaligned textures, they are perfectly aligned actually.
The problem is the lighting settings... the -final settings produce these edges unfortunately... I had to choose between bad lighting quality and these lines in some places

and good lighting quality... these lighting errors are also present in the stock maps and seem to appear when there is little or no direct sunlight on the brushes...
