bighoss wrote:I was wondering if anyone knew of an obj map out there where the allies need to break pow's out of a camp. I was just thinkin of this cause of cheetohs mention of movies. Hart's War inspired this idea. The obj would be for the allies to rescue the pow's and steal documents. Ok well anyway keep the thread goin everyone. Love the responses I'm gettin.
There is a very dark obj map, set at night, with the obj to free the prisoners in a pow camp, however if I recall correctly, there are no actualy prisoners... jsut cages or something. Also Rust in Peace, is an objective map where you try and KILL the medics... and the allies have the task of protecting them, they arent in jail or anything.
I have a second liberation map in the planning stages based on a POW camp, so in that case, not only do you get to liberate the POW's they are actualy your friends and teamates =) So far ive only sketched out some rough level diagrams, cause I have other stuff im working on, but movies like Hart's War(Which wasnt very good, but has some ok visuals) and Empire of the Sun provided most of my layout inspiration so far.
