Yes, he could create a model pretextured with the tex he wants, but then for each different texture he would have to create a new .tik file with the appropriate surface/shader type.
That seems like a lot of work for a few brushes.
But I guess it depends on how much brush spawning needs to be done for his idea.

Yeah... I'm already looking into that option, though it would mean the client has to download it...

Spawning a brush and somehow get a stock texture onto that is just very tempting... also looking into the decal thingie checked out the reference tut over here but looks not to be working in AA ? (Tut is placed under the SH section btw.) Decals just don't show...
