The invisible walls may not be on the grid, to fix this select the wall and press ctrl+g, this should snap them to the grid :D

cheers guys:

Pantera: yeh i have already tried the custom PK3's being removed, and my compiler already makes logs. It looks like normal in logs. I will try sundirection, though i did not have one set. then i did. and it happened with both lol.

Mastermind: The brush aint the problem now, thanks tho. Its more the colliding textures.

Structual - Detail

Something I have noticed is that if I make a brush detail, and then make it structual without making it non-detail, it has both those properties at the same time--which can't be good. So, I was wondering if maybe that is what is causing your problem with the building brushes.

Note: You can tell if both properties are set for a brush by looking at the text of the .map file.

hmmm... i searched for the words 'detail' and 'structural' in textpad, no hope.
