The + in front of a command makes it being executed when a button is pressed. The - command is executed when the button is released. E.g. when you press your fire, +attackprimary is done. When you release it, -attackprimary is done.
Wait takes miliseconds as parameters. Giving it a paramter of .6 if quite pointless.
if the players knew what new binds to add, and i imagine players with that mod would know what to add. It could be done. I have somethign similar on new ac so multiple admins can talk to the mod.

It's not going to work as you cannot read players' cvars via script.

no, But u dont have to try and read the client.
EDIT: jv pointed out to me something, i wud be giving rcon to everyone and he dotn think its a good idea..personaly i wudnt care though..:S

some horses butt server is useing stufftext to add that alias to your unnamedsoldier.cfg only way to stop it is to make unnamedsoldier.cfg read only but then you have to make it writeable again to add to it again

i do that and a lot of server admins flip out because they run programs and shiz that write to my config, and i get tired of it and read-only it, since i usually don't make new binds, it can be a hassle, but it's worth it to not have my rate, settings, custom binds, force models, etc changed. i don't take kindly to crackers changing my stuff.

i dont like some stuff tha gets done to me. though i have ot have it read and write so i cna mod faster.
Also if i make somehting that mgiht use the file for good its annoying if it cant work cos some other bad admins made ppl read only it.

The thing is that a stufftext that changes something like noclip will make it so that when you are testing your map ingame you won't be able to use noclip to fly around to check things unless you exit the game and edit your cfg
