Ok last night after I claimed the map, I started making a house to add to the map. When creating it I made a large amount of brushes for my design. I was hoping there is a way that I can change the brushes to something so that I dont ruin the map with all the little brushes that I have making up the wood on my house. I just hope I dont have to start over on the house because it took me 2 hours just to make it look how I wanted it to, and that is just the outside. I am still currently working on completing the entire house.

Well actually what I meant was that since I have all those brushes making the structure of the house, I was hoping it doesnt increase the compile time too much when the map is completed.

compile time doesnt matter, fps does. make the little things (trimming etc) detail brushes. also instead of boards of wood being seperate brushes, use a textures that is meant to appear that way.

what is the status quo? i might add the rather fat ufo warehouse but 1st thing is it just fits here:

and 2nd, well, it's not really made FOR this project.
tell me whether it's possible and what u think of that piece in this map...
It might force the rest to be leading towards the ufo as a bombing obj, so feel free to say 'no, rather not!' or whatever

If you claim the map, you are the boss.
(We just won't talk to you again if you do someting wrong)
(But we won't tell you what is right)
Just kidding

As I said: If you claim the map, you are the boss.
( But I'd say you are a lazy boy if you just thunder in som prefab and send it on... new stuff is more fun... But I won't complain if anyone does use prefabs... just saying new is cooler )
