Well a wallhack is a bit like r_showtris 2, usually the textures are made half transparent so you can see anything behind it and still notice the wall.
A cham skin is a skin that has bright colors, if you choose such a skin for yourself and check the 'force models' option everybody in the game will have those bright skins and will have a hard time going unnoticed

Well, i think DMW detects cham skins. The only thing that's undetectable, even by punkbuster, are opengl hacks like some aimbots and most wallhacks. I have no idea if there are any of those for mohaa though.
As for the "force models" option with cham skins, isn't it the same as making germans wear one of the "winter" skins and force models? I've noticed this in every demo from clanmatches i have downloaded and people generally don't consider it as cheating.
I'm surprised that noone's taken any action against that, i've gotten used to it as well, but it still takes away from the game's atmosphere.

Yes

sadly as it is most people consider getting the highest score more important than having fun

Force model isnt an issue for many hackers/cheaters anymore. They just have all the chamskins replace the original skins, so there is no way to be detected, and the anti-force model patches dont do sh1t.
