This has happened on a few other breakthrough maps I played, but not many. I have not tried this on other versions. Also, a few of my weapons, like the M1 Garand have been completely white without texture. I'll try reinstalling. (Is there a way to make it work with other pk3s?)

Well, if you do have custom pk3's in the main folder, one or more of them are obviously causing conflict with the game. Having said that, you probably don't have to remove them all. Just remove one pk3 at a time until the weapons are visible.
By the way, don't forget to back up your work before reinstalling.

Hi, I'm trying to make a map, and as a starting point, I am working on the base of the map. I want to use gensurf, because of it's ease of use and the fact that you can make holes in it. I have tried making different images, and I have gotten unrealistic results. where I want a hill, I get steep slopes, combined with flat faces. Is there something I am doing wrong? I could use that and edit vertices, but it would take a very long time (it's a big map) I decided that the other map on the ziegfried line had too many glitches to repair, so I am starting a new one, a quarry with mine shafts.

Hi, I didn't want to start a new thread on compile errors, so here is my error:

I tried to compile a map (A Big Quarry), and this error occurred during the bsp stage. I also had this error during the light stage:

********ERROR******
Error opening C:/Program Files/EA GAMES/MOHAA/main/maps/dm/Quarry.bsp: No such file or directory
My arguments were:
*verbose (bsp)
*fast (light)
I am using NMBuilder. Could someone help me on this?

Custom Sounds

Hi,
I have been interested in adding custom sounds to maps. I would like to be able to package it all in a .pk3, so that all you have to do is put the .pk3 in the "main" folder. Can you add sounds by making an ubersound.scr in the .pk3, and then adding the sound to the .pk3?

the max brush thing........... you could have excessively large brushes...... ?? and need to make more smaller brushes.
the second thing....... looks similar to the first post......... maybe ambientlight needs to be added to map not suncolor.

or whatever. maybe it's a problem with file structure.

Mohaa radiant no textures?

Ok guys I am new here and am in need of some help. I got mohaa radiant to do some maps and for some reason can got get any textures at all I have the correct paths and have the .pk3 in my mohaa main but cannot get any textures is there anything I am doing wrong that may make them not show up at all. Thanks for your time guys it is much appreciated.

this mohaa radiant and not the spearhead sdk right ?
is this a 64bit operating system ?
is the endefs3 file in the main folder ?
