funny thing is, it's once again caused by not reading the tutorials... 
anyways, thanks, i did install that first time round, i guess i forgot to do it again after i reinstalled 4 spearhead. it was a .exe so i assumed it wuld put files in right places automatically - stupid me eh?:)
