What is the status on the WTC map? anyone know? Is there a beta version I can try? I tried clicking the links for the beta version posted, but none of them work! grrrrrrrr

Cobra was working on a modern warfare release with several maps including WTC. That was almost a year ago - haven't heard anything.
WTC_Beta is 60 MB. - I have it, and for the obvious reasons I really don't know how I could get it to you unless you have an ftp - I would be willing to try to upload it to you.

What happened to this map and the other 2 (was it 2?) he was working on? anybody know? I've played the WTC map i found a download link the other day and its brill, reminds me of the city nights mod i had so so so so much fun on. The final mod gonna be released? does Gen Cobra have a website that may have more recent news that anybody knows about?

great idea! i dont find this disrespectful i find it as a commemeration. how are we gonna remember it without stuff like this. once again GREAT IDEA. what game is it for. this would be a great map that i would absolutely love to play!

HA! What was that, snipester? "How are we gonna remember it without stuff like this." This is a map for a video game, not an actual memorial. If we were going to remember the World Trade Centers through a map in Medal of Honor, society would crumble and History Class would be fun time for losers.
The detail sure was incredible way back in those two-year-old screenshots. I won't look down on the map in shame, as long as there's no racist crap in it about Muslims or Middle-Easterns.

Gen Cobra was working on a package release for modern combat that would have included wtc final and several other maps. I have not heard any updates for about a year now.
