If you don't have two computers or any friends (lucky for me I have two computers!! :) ) you can kind of get the effect of being shot by nading yourself - the trigger will take damage when the nade goes off - but I guess that's kind of the same as the trigger taking damage when you fire your gun.

I guess using a 'spawnflags' of 128 (DAMAGE) + 8 (MONSTERS) = 136 might work to get AI to trigger it, but I'm not sure.
