Hog, That Sounds Great Man. Make It so It takes maybe 7-10 Seconds to walk through it, and add water all around it to make it seam as if its under water. I could Fix up some greenerey around it to make it seam under water more.

To keep some action in the map (besides the ooooos and aaaaahs, not to mention the weeeeeeeeeeees).... action as in more gunfire... What about a '<theme> Training' area. Ill give some examples for themes:

Sniper Training - Actual Training that snipers did/do. For starters, long range targets (make the targets more or something to give it more of a challenge). Another thing in the Sniper training (scouts half) could be 'i Spy' where you place little objects in a large outside scenery and as a spotter, your job is to find all the objects. Now, for the map, you could Rig up little 'buttons' on the objects, so you have to shoot them. You must get all of these objects in under a certain amount of time to pass.
-Then of course, there is the 'Camo-stealth' training... This one would be a bit harder to make for moh:aa, but maybe other people would have ideas... The idea is that there are atleast 2 people, a 'instructor' spotter at a 'base' of some sort, then you have the sniper, who's job is to get really close to the instructor, pull off a shot without being seen by the instructer/spotter.... Then pull off another shot.

Another Theme:

Police/SWAT Training - Work your way through an Urban map (make it more of WWII-ish to keep with the overall mohaa-land theme). basically, work your way through an urban style map shooting the targets when they pop-up.

Basic Training: Let me sum it all up for you in a nut shell... Timed Obstacle Course. Tires, ropes, zip-lines galore :D.

There are many more things you can do, im just throwing more ideas for this map... ;).

Nice ideas Cheetohs. Another thing is you could put binoculars in there for the "Instructor" to use to try and spot the sniper. And for the Swat type training instead of urban area you can have different types of buildings to go into and rescure hostages and such.

nice bighoss! The hard thing about the camo idea is/would be the instructor. People aren't that disciplined... i mean, people being the instructor would just shoot the sniper. But it would be great if it worked... An idea would be to put a 'clipall' textures around the instructor, no bullets in, no bullets out. Then, make a switch or something (outside the clip_all box) that the sniper has to hit, easily noticeable if and when hit.

Here are a few more ideas:

-Skiing... If it IS somehow possible... wow, it could get fun. If you do get it working, think about it :D working ski lifts that take you way way up, and the long ski ride down... maybe a jump or twelve, and why not have bash fights on the way down?!

-That reminds me, a 'boxing arena'. rather then box, bash with pistol insteadya ya ya, i know, its in that one training map, but why not add YOUR version of it into yours?! that was fun...

-When i was reading about your 3 door ways... it made me think "why not put a little event just for looks to make it more noticeable?" What i mean by this is:

The 'heaven' door, once you open it, there will be this Bright bright light and stairways leading up... (stairway to heaven). Or maybe an elevator with corny elevator music... :P.

The 'hell' door, once you open it, (according to greek mythology), there is a cavern like room with a boat and you gotta pay your toll to pass ;), basically just hop on a boat with a scary guy on it (no not MJ!) like a skeleton guy who takes you across the river styx to the fun....

The umm... 3rd door, the 'world' door i think it was... well, i dont know. be creative ;) . A hospital or something... heh.

I wonder if there's a way to use Bjarne's scout mod for the instructor. Like make it so the instructor would mark you using the scout mod, and it would tell you that you were spotted. It would take alittle extra scripting, but I'm sure Bjarne or someone could figure it out.

lol.this is turning into an expansion not just a map.the size of that .pk3 has swollen 2 much ,i hope its still downloadable on 56s :roll: .but the ideas are great ,but i cant imagine all these ideas with multiplayer fighting .i mean do i take a ride 2 hell or hunt down my enemy!!???or both?how big is this map in size ,and how big is it in mohaa?

hahaha, i read all of ur ideas, heres what ive got to say:

The Scout and Sniper Idea:

Hum, Well I guess i could make a BiG feild, with Tree's and hills. It could be sourounded by Giant Hills.

I guess I could make two doors leading into the world.
The doors will be rite next to eachother, one saying Allied Sniper1, one saying Axis Sniper2. They Could Both enter the giant feild on either ends. both snipers will have to kill eachother. I will add bots to spawn once they enter. Some For The Allies, Some for The Axis.

It could be a BiG battle that occures in under a minute, Both sniper have to kill the other team. Of course, more humans could eneter the battles, so its better than a 1v1 with bots as teams.

The Heaven Door: LOL Dude. U read my Mind. Im still working on the Hell though, adding fire, fixing the train ect.
When im done with that i could make a stairway to heaven. Bright Bright Lights, Stairs going upwords. The sky Sourneding the stairs, so all you see is White fog. Only problem is, what will it lead to? Certainly not angles or something like that. I need more ideas for the heaven part.


Sking: Very Good idea. thats Actually Feisable. I could turn the Jeep Into Skies, Adding a trigger, Only Problem is, to make it realistic, id have to make the path myself, so it wouldnt actually be free sking.

The size of the map rite now, is about 1/10th of the Radient Grid and from end to end, takes about 1:30 Im Guessing?



Also: I will be Transforming my MoDCod Site into a site with MedalOfHonorLand.
Call of Duty Files Will Still be their, But it will be geared more toward moh.
Im not sure if i need to get sponsership from Planetmedal, becuase .tk Sites are Free anyway :)



The current Size of the .pk3 is 1.5Mb, and takes 100Seconds to compile :0

Im on it! Im gonna use ambient light on the water texture for good vision under water.

Maybe some dead actors on the bottom. Need some kelp swaying in the water. It will be like a pond/lake, take 10/15 seconds to walk across.

Need some fish action! Not sure how to create a shark model though.
Maybe some1 else knows who to do that.

any stupid picture editor (except paint) can open .tga files ,so open them and save em as .jpgs :wink:

I have a really nice program that allows you to change 10 different files at once from .tga to .jpeg (or w/e you want). If you want to pay for the program you can do way more then just 10 files... the name of the program is:

Real Converter Pro

If you would like me to send it to you rather then hunting it down, id be glad to oblige. Aim, Yim, or MSN will do ;).

For the heaven, im not sure what you have made for the heaven section... but if nothing yet here are a few ideas that just came to me:

WHen you get to the top of the stairs, it seems as though you are walking on clouds (just make a really thin thick layer of fog on the ground?) and make sure (at the top of the stairs, right away) make a GATE that allows you to enter. Maybe add a funny feature of a 'Bad Boy' Button that if you click, you drop down to hell ;) . In hell, maybe have some dead bodies here and there, for appearances...

Well, that sux to hear about the non-controllable skiing.... In that case (if you cant make the controllable skiing work...) Do sleeding or something, or maybe even a horse and sleigh ride... somehow.

I cant remember everything thats been previously posted for ideas... but

yeah, i wanted some skins, but i dont want to take the time to learn how to make them.


I like the clown Idea, If any1 Knows how to add skins to a Custom map and ship it with the pk3, post here.

Anyway, I have next Week off From school, So i think the map Will be worked on a lot!

Im currently working on the Hell Section of the park, Adding Red Lights, Long Stairwells, A couple of rides. I even got some Rooms that you can only see if your on the ride.

To recap:

Marry Go Round: Done
Jeep: Done
Train: 25%
Bumper Cars: 50%
UnderWater WalkThrough: (Hog is working on it)

Update on underwater tunnel
Question, is there a max incline on the jeep?
and how wide is your road?

You can't c my glass its totally clear, I'll give it some color.
It needs some fish and kelp, I'll finish it in a couple of days
or when i have a little time.
