Moh SDK or Spearhead SDK

lo ladies & gents.

i am relativley new to mapping so plz bare with me. i want 2 make a map and have been messing around with moh sdk... during which time i have experienced various crashing and errors (or which ur forum help me solve some)...

so as the subject states... is it worth me using spearhead sdk ? apparently it wont run in moh but this wouldnt b the end of the world as i neva play aa.

please help :roll:

Well if you are going to make SH or BT maps anyway, definately use the spearhead sdk instead. It's very similar to the mohaa one, I think you can even simply replace mohradiant.exe with the new one :)

btw maps made with the spearhead mohradiant can still be compiled with the mohaa q3map so they run in mohaa :)

If you are expecting to eliminate crashes and errors, you aren't going to get relief with the Spearhead version of Radiant. There is no version of Radiant that won't crash, especially with ATI graphic card drivers.

if your making multi player maps I say start with the mohaa radiant. your maps will work in aa sh and bt.

when you feel the need to make a TOW or LIB go with the sdk radiant.

I have heard that sdk radiant is also more conducive to single player mapping ?
