Just have a large brush covering the house and in radiant go to selection----->select inside.

hi, all, i have this sugestion, how i GOUP some elements, like a complete house, to move allways a block and no part by part, i did have dis Hotkey, but i loose it.

or, the way i do it, make a large brush covering the house in XY (top) view... with that brush selected, just right click and hit
select ---> complete tall the ful house should be selected for you :)

This is how you do it ( if surrounding it with a brush and selectin it is not what you want ):
1) Select all the brushes you want to group.
2) Select "func -> group" from the popup menu you get when right-klicking on the grid.
3) To select the entire group after this: select any brush in the group and press CTRL+e.

uhm, not to hijck this but, can a func group be sued as a script object?

yes, no reason to do so though. script_object is more fitting for that and func_group is for editor only AFAIK
