according to many of my friends, i have weird keyboard trendancies.

1) i don't use the Shift key to make capitals, i hit the Caps Lock twice.
2) i only use four fingers, index and middle of left hand and index of right hand, well the fourth is my left thumb which handles spaces.
3) {a friend pointed this out to me while iwas typing a report} i don't use the left arrow key at all, i either hit home and go right arrow, or use the mouse.
4) i use that little key next to the windows key instead of right clicking.

i swear this is true, do any of you do any of this or am i a loner

what other habits do you guys have that make you weird?

Using keyboard shortcuts generally imply that you are faster than mouse users, but the caps lock thing: thats just wierd

youre right, i only use a few fingers for typing
ive got my lefthand in the MOHAA stance (wasd shift ctrl space ive got a feeling this isnt working for me becasue of all my typing errors ) when im not using it tho and my right hand just floats on the mouse when im not typing when i am typing it just sits on a couple a keys.... wherever....

i hardly ever use the left arrow.. i only use the mouse....

but the caps lock thing: thats just wierd

that's what everyone tells me... Dunno, i just always use it :shrug:

i only use Shift for things like !@#$%^&*() and <>:"{}?|

stuff i can't get with Caps lock

when i was younger yes... OR WHEN IM TYPING THINGS LIKE THIS TO SYMBOLIZE LOUD SHOUTING

If you dont type in the standard (correct) format, than hitting the caps lock key twice isnt that bad. If you type with all nine fingers like I do, than the caps lock will actually take me alot longer. Oh well, I guess I'm just a geek cause I can type the way a receptionist would.

My left little finger lives on the shift button, and I hardly use my left hand at all apart from the [qweasdzxc] range

I hardly ever use caps-lock either ... can't even make ( and ) or { and } with it

Well, people tell me I'm a freak because I can type pretty fast (using ALL my fingers ) without looking at the keyboard...

i never use the NuMber keys on rite

you know those Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing programs? i beat 3/4 of one of them in an afternoon using my method... i messed on one of them because i forgot to turn off Caps Lock after making a capital. the symbols were the easiest hold Shift and start pressing.

lol that's what i do, lap all the way.

but my desk has no space for it anyway, y monitor is literally a foot and a half long and my desk just wont ignore physics >)
