u can only take a website down at most..wont sotp them wud it...

now visit their house and take them down..!

If they crash your server be it a game server or a website you have rights to sue and pursue legal action. Contact your local authorities, or better yet find a place to file complaints against hackers. I believe there is a gov agency in charge of doing this.
