How can i get rid of the z-fighting effect when two translucent textures are behind one another?

You mean like when you look through a window through a second window and it disappears? Not sure you can remove it... think the engine is just bad at stuff like that...
...but not really sure as I havent tried fighting it

Are they custom textures maybe combineing them into one layered shader will do it unless they are not suppose to be near each other.

two custom textures, two individual brushes... i think i fixed it somehow though
