insta-nade bind

i made an alias in custom.cfg that centerprints a message, switches to nade, and throws a nade, then returns to my last used weap.

problem: i can't move freely while using it.

i killed all movement in it because it'd freeze my movement while moving sideways (which isnt good) but now i cant move period with it working, i know it's the wait statements but is there a command i can use to have it wait a specified time but let me control still?
