firing flak88 at my target

Hi,
I was doing the tutorial of the firing flak88(http://dynamic.gamespy.com/%7Emap/mohaa/t.php?id=78)but when i tried it,it first explodes on the flak88 itself and then everytime i fire it it explodes on the flakk88.
So my question is this-How do i tell the flak88 what to fire at? i saw these numbers local.target = ( 100.0 0.0 0.0 ) but they mean nothing to me!
i tried local target = $house(house being what i want the flak88 to shoot at but that obviously does'nt work)
Any help please!!!
