From the reference, i'd say it's saying

"GAAAAH! Too many shaders... can't do all this work! come on master! take some of them awaaaaaay! GAAAAH!"

ahem.

It means you have too many custom textures.

TY, its from my conversion of t1l1. It happens sometimes when parachuting.. But not every time and not to everbody.
