.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

Hey some1 help me? My screen ping is 999 and I lag and cant make it go away or go down. My Clanmate ( -=[DhC]=-Warrior ) said try 'Snaps 20' so i did type it in console and it said 'Snaps 20 is Invalid'

Plz help!
