.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

So what do the other friendlytypes do? apparently they've never been used in a released map, i put some guys as them but they acted like very social friendlytypes 1.

i cant figure out the code either. *shrug*

anyone know? have an idea?

What do you mean the supported types like 0,1,4 or 5 ?

i mean there's either residual or complete code in friendly.scr with twice the common friendlytypes, and at the top it goes into that most of the types were not needed. I can't read code like Mackey's very well, so i'm wondering what the other ones do. i've plopped some AI in with those types and they act somewhat sporadically, i'm guessing there's something i've got to do for each other type.

large sections of the script are commented out so I think he gave up on some ideas he had and he is right I guess the other types probabaly aren't needed . I think mohaa was built on fakk2 I never played that but I think some things where passed on to mohaa and other things abandoned .

Yeah, MoH was built upon FAKK2. You can learn interesting things reading its source.

Ya but the scripting languages are significantly different so friendly.scr isn't a FAKK2 heritage

EDIT: So what's with all this crap? i try to go for the no registration and it tells me i'm not logged in, so i go make an account, log in, try to download and it unlogs me. does this everytime i hit the page with the big download button. Seeing the specs on this game it aint worth it.
