info_player_start leaked?

Post by Tempered »

Hi,
I'm new. I'm making a map and I receive this error when compiling. I did a search but didn't find any info that solved the issue. I've tried to reset my start point many times and it's not working. I've also tried to draw a bigger brush around my map and fill it in with caulk to prevent a leak butit doesn't work. How can I fix this?

Thx

Ok I'm no pro at this but I'll try to help. First make sure that you player-start is not sticking out past you're floor. Then as far as you're outter box when you make it and hollow it out did you make sure that you fixed all of the edges so that they don't overlap? I don't know if this will fix you're problems but it can't hurt to try.

jv told me to delete my player start and put another one, because it has something to do with cloning?

Check my post about a leak a couple threads down :)

I tried to delete my start a few times but it still had the same error. I'm not sure if mine is the same cloning thing. I'll check to make sure everything is not overlapped.
