Ahhhh.... the marquee tag in all its glory
It havent been a part of the HTML standard for years but still it works
Fungus: I'm sorry, but it is ugly as hell. But dont listen to me, I made ugly stuff in the beginning as well, but I kept at it, and now I can make pages that are not as ugly.
Add some good tutorials and people can stand pages with green text on cyan background ( sure, they will go blind, but thats OK if the site content is good enough )

I figured you would benefit more from my honest opinion than another "Woah, cool, great man!"

Not bad for a first! I certainly couldnt make anything like that.... but i Do have a few suggestions..... Impact is a hard font to read for large paragraphs of writing and it doesnt look very professional
I like the color scheme with green, an idea would be to add a few different shades of green for topic bars and paragraph block backgrounds.... adds a bit of flavor to a page i think.
nice job though, cant wait to see it up and runnin at full ahead!

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) should have free web space reserved just for you. Hopefully, with no pop-ups or ads.
Also, stealing code/images from other sites is permitted, but it is always nice if you ask first.
