.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

I need some Help on making custom text for a MOHAA map I am making. I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me make some text like the one below. A walkthough on how to do it myself would be nice. But if it is too involved I am will to send what I want if someone is willing to do it for me.

I did go to the mapping forums on this and they told me to make two .tga files and put a script with but I don't know how to make the .tga files. I did download gimp 2 to do it but I steal don't know where to start or what to do other then write the text I want.

Please Help.

Help no long need figured out a way to get a jpg to work not as nice as I wanted but what can do if you do want to wait. Oh well thanks for looking.
