textures scroll bar

how do I put the textures scroll bar on? I forgot I haven't used mohradiant in 2 years or so.

Edit > preferences > (texturing) > texture scrollbar.

lol thanks I knew it was something like that but I'm to blind to see it with all that other stuff there haha
