did you just install and don't see any textures, even the default mohaa textures ?

if this is the case, you forgot to copy your entdefs.pk3 file from mohaa tools to your mohaa\main folder...

if you are talking about custom files that you make, you need to create a .pk3 file for them and place this customtexture.pk3 file into mohaa\main folder. you'll need to make the .pk3 file with a scripts and textures folders.
textures can be either .jpg or .tga .

The paths to the mohaa install may be incorrect, check the settings of radiant and make sure the paths points correctly to your mohaa installation ( this is where it reads all its textures ).
