Big mohaaa Problem Please help

A guy in my clan is having massive problems with mohaa see screenshot
He's removed all mods/skin etc.. but still no help
This is how he see's mohaa all the time except for V2 - I think his CD is Curropted or something - does any1 have any ideas???
